Weather was shitty for this show from what I hear. They made it to EGIB and got shut down. I heard that Lochloosa was EPIC! After the weather cleared a little they got to come back and do one more so they did Sweetest Thing. Since it's Art's hometown he was all over the place. Pulling triple duty! He also played with Lucero and sat in on some songs with Greg Allman.

Setlist
Beale St. Festival, Memphis

5/1/11
Hide & Seek
War
A Woman
Brighter Days
Country Ghetto
Lochloosa
Everything Good is Bad
Orange Blossoms*
Ho Cake*
Sun is Shining Down*
Sweetest Thing

*did not play

I was at the show yesterday and it was the best one I have been to yet, despite the weather. They did stop the show for a while as there was a tornado warning about 20 miles north of us. There were some scary looking clouds coming across the river though. The band had so much energy and JJ had the most I have ever seen him have at a show. Lochloosa was AWESOME! He was really belting it out as the rain was pouring down. I don't think one person left. We were about 4 people back from the stage. The band applauded the fans for staying and JJ said we were professional! ha ha I just wish the weather would have cooperated more. They started late also but all in all, this was the best show I have been to yet! And the best one we saw all weekend!
