No Sunny, basically RAR files are the same as ZIP files. They both are types of compressed archives. WinRAR will open RAR files the same as WinZIP will open ZIP files. When you open the RAR file you see a number of files within it. Then you extract them.

No, you just go to a website and download it there....not like a torrent. Then you install the program on your computer and use it to extract the .rar files.
