what to dew, what to dew ……
Went and looked in my reserves
and this is what I came up with:
I sautéed our Early Red Italian Garlic (if I haven’t mentioned this before, I LOVE this garlic ~ resembles the taste of a well aged salami and has the aroma of it too!) in Kalamata Olive Oil, added the shrimp til almost opaque. Next, added was our Oregon Sugar Peas (from our 2010 harvest) and I also decided that the tartness and contrasting color of our Juannef Flamme dried tomatoes would be a nice touch. They were finished off with a touch of fresh grated parmesan and cradled over a bed of tri-colored noodles and accompanied by fresh baby carrots with a honey butter glaze.
