Weekend Update 1-6-12 to 1-8-12
A picture~less update as I am eagerly awaiting my new Canon EOS Rebel T2i,
to be delivered on Tuesday! So I am depriving myself of photograph moments
til I get my hands on it. I would like to thank all those whom have contributed to the reality of having a new camera: My Family for their generous birthday gifts,
My RNM Christmas Bonus, Mr. Hanson, and all the change I have collected over the last 10 months. I have been reading the book (and learning so much about my new 3rd eye!)
Gregg gave me at Christmas,

~ Canon EOS Rebel T2i ~
Gregg and Zachary had a Scouts "Leader Retreat" this weekend.
They left Friday evening and returned Sunday afternoon.
Love it when I have my "Sawyer and Mama time",
especially when it is all weekend long.
Sawyer and I made cookies and read by the fire.
We stayed up late and slept in, and talk alot of Ferb~Latin.
Sawyer slept with me Saturday night and as we laid in the bed for
what seemed quite some time, talking and laughing and using
our Ferb~Latin before we drifted off to sleep.
Sunday morning came, and the first thing Sawman said was "orningmerb!"
So I guess you could say he went to bed speaking Ferb~Latin and woke
up speaking it as well. Felt great to sleep in again!
On to my Panacea IV!
Got caught up on laundry, washed all bedsheets and spent about 2.5 hours scrubbing
down and shining up my kitchen as I enjoyed listening to and
reliving my New Year's Eve JJ Grey & M*O*F*R*O show.
Starting roasting a chicken early Sunday afternoon and loved the aroma of the garlic and chicken permeating the air up in the loft as we hunkered down and enjoyed watching the play-offs with a couple of Somersaults and Bloody Mary's.
The liquid rain falling outside the loft window just added to the comfort level.
And WOW, the fog! at 4:00 pm it started to appear and by nearly 5:00 pm it was so thick one could barely see across the yard, guess you could say we had our heads in the clouds! =o)
This weekend, it seemed as if time stood still and
I feel like I had 2 back to back weekends. Sawyer was such a good listener and I am really enjoying the way he has been maturing over that last few months.
I think we had a wonderful bonding weekend!
Have a wonderful week!!
