Mofro's set from Tipitina's during Jazz Fest will be webcast tomorrow night (9:00 CT).  Hopefully the video will be working.  If not, the audio should.

Yep they'll be webcasting Galactic too, starting at 2:00 am CT. Maybe Dennis and Art will sit in for a couple songs with Galactic. JJ's been known to come out and sing a song or 2 too. But since they got something like 9-10 hours to get to St. Aug I dunno.

haha, yeeeaaah rhyyyyte .......

Long story short - For one of Zach's Eagle Scout requirements, he has to complete a single (in one day) 20 mile hike.  I decided to tag along.

We are heading to Cades Cove over the border.

ain't never bean there ..... they tell me it's nice

From what I am told, there is ABUNDANT wild life; from turkeys to elk to bears, etc. The Spring flowers are blooming and we are hiking the loop trail which is eleven miles, then hiking another three mile in~three mile out to see Abrahms Falls, supposidley a beauty of a fall .... now we are up to seventeen miles ......

will have to hike a few shorties.

Should take the better part of the day.

Been there many times. Gorgeous place. Most of the wildlife comes out early a.m. and late p.m. but we've seen bears, bear cubs, deer galore, and dumb shits that get out of the car and get way too close to a wild bear so they can take a picture. The history of Cade's Cove is something unto itself. (I ain't done know 20 mile hike. We drove there. But you'd be surprised I've been on a few hikes in WNC. Less then 5 mi tho.)

Yes, quite unfortunate. It ain't the first time. I so wish they'd upgrade their system. I heard it was a great show. I have the setlist on my phone and I'll post here later today. The encore was Harp & Drums.

Nobody came out to sit in with Galactic cuz they had to hit the road for St. Aug.
