Or anyone else for that matter.... I know a couple months ago (maybe longer) there was a post that had a list of all the songs that JJ has done either live or recorded... included covers and such. I can't seem to find it with the search tool. Most likely my brain being in a semi-frozen state at this point, but can anyone find it?

Thanks!

Don't blame the weather.

I'll look when I get a chance. I've got a 10 min window right now; if I can't find I'll look again later this afternoon if aint nobody else founds it.

Is this the one slick?
http://forums.mofrofans.com/post/Unreleased-songs-5160941

Here's how I found it. I went to the main search function and put in a couple of songs that I remembered/thought were on the list. First I tried mister know it all--no results. Then I tried dixie, also no results. Then I tried good times and bingo! Another I tried, afterward, was trilogy. It also produced the result (in both cases there were like 8 or 10 results and i had to scroll thru to find the right one.)  Essentially they have to be somewhat obscure to JJ's usual repertoire. For example if you were to put in stagger lee you'd get pages of results to scroll thru and would take forever to find the thread.

That be the one!!! And I'm not blaming the weather.... oh.. wait..yeah, that's what I meant.. it's getting cold here... nothing to do with ice cream headaches from drinking margaritas too fast last night.

I see Change is Gonna Come on there. Is that the Otis song? THA I would love to hear JJ do live.... First time I heard it it just hit me as a MOFRO sounding tune..

Change is Gonna Come is an old Sam Cooke song; it's a fantastic anthem, an absolute perfect tune for MOFRO to cover!

Did Otis cover it then? I've got his version on a CD, Havta check out the Sam Cooke one.

UPDATE:

Same song... Otis covered it after Sam did it.... Not sure which one I like best, but Otis' version definitely sounds more MOFRO to me... horns instead of strings... the growl in the voice...

Thanks Gigs!
