So I just joined this awesome new jam band as their lead singer and I'm debating which Mofro song I want to cover. I'm between Lochloosa (obv) and then my two favorites- Florida or Whitehouse. But I found this one youtube and it might take the case. Does anyone know anything more about this Lochloosa into Florida medley. Got some cool new lyrics in it and stuff. Might kill two birds with one stone.

Anyone know any more background on this weirdly awesome version:

CC.....we have discussed this video a number of occassions on this list. The lyrics are different as this is an old video when the band was still working out all the lyrics to their songs.  I have some old versions of 10,000 Islands in which some of the lyrics are much different that then ones that came out on the album.  Good stuff fo sho!

Congrats on your new gig CC! Good to see ya here. I poked around a little and there's some discussion of this version on this page. Don't know if it's what you're looking for but it's great reading nonetheless.

Yup, love that version as well...  as you can tell by my signature...

He tells a story, of all the glory
He leads a way, he leads me on
To my Home In The Sky....  To my Home In The Sky
There's no reason why, 'cause Heaven knows

I'm that moment when you finally let go...
