Next time ya skin a yard strutter, save the skin it in a zip lock,freeze until ya get enuff for a delightful treat.Thaw & clean excessive fat,dry on paper towel & lightly dust or brown bag with your choice of flour & seasonings ,deep fry crispy brown as you would french fries or pork rinds,remove from fryer, place on paper towel, crunch or dip-Enjoy !
