Two new songs on the set list tonight, this time including Tic Tac Toe along with Everything Is A Song. They were great! There were tapers in the crowd so maybe we'll get lucky. The house was packed, and soooo many fans! Everyone was singing along and JJ loved it. Seemed all the people around us had seen the band at least once before.

Thanks for the clips, Gudi!!  JJ's improvised lyrics in the last verse of Warhorse just cracked me up!

Really, really nice venue and great sound.  Would not have guessed it to be so nice from the outside and the neighborhood.

On the way to the venue, from the hotel, walked through a really interesting cemetary.  Instead of small plots side by side by side, each plot was a garden with a boulder, shrubbery, small trees, plants, flowers.  More like a botanical gardens than a cemetary.  Until we got to the soldiers section and the indigent section with rows and rows and rows of just crosses.

This show was really good, with an extended encore, and the new Tic-Tac-Toe, which builds levels of sound throughout.  Was this the one where JJ was doing the ooh ooh ooh's after the harp intro, and the crowd went straight into singing the first verse?  Can't remember which show was which, but very, very cool as JJ just went with it and gave the crowd a chance to sing it out.

Also got to meet Constanze and her friend who were at Ales for Anglers recently.

And those big nasty bottles of Hovels beer!  Literally stumbled through the plaza on the way back to the hotel.
