Cuban Style wild caught NC Striped Sea Bass
When my husband (whom I believe is the better cook) says that this was the best fish he has ever had in North Carolina and then Sawyer goes on to tell me that my sauce is so good he wishes he could drink it ~ well, it made me so good deep inside, you know what I’m talking about! I can’t believe I have live in the mountains for going on 13 years and have now just started to frequent Sentelle’s Seafood. Their seafood comes in almost daily and is incredible!
The sauce consists of Ramps, grape tomatoes, our last head of Early Red Italian garlic, capers, green olives,
white wine, cilantro, and swirled in butter to finish it off.
Rest the Striped Sea Bass atop the sauce,
cover and simmer til moist and flaky!
